Warranty

We quality control and test all machines before delivery. We offer a warranty of one month for upholstery, six months for moving parts, and three years for the machine frame.

This warranty is only applicable to the original buyer and does not cover any machine that has been modified, neglected, or operated in an environment that is beyond that of the intended use.

This warranty does not cover any scratches or cosmetic damage including environmental corrosion.

 

Please inspect any machine immediately upon receipt and notify us of anything that has been damaged. This must be done within 24 hours of product arrival. We must have accurate and detailed photographic evidence of any damage claimed. If possible, have the shipper or driver acknowledge the damage to equipment or packaging. Please keep the original packaging as received as evidence.
